The Problem
Content Programs Don’t Die of Bad Writing.
They Die of Inconsistency.
Everyone knows the playbook: publish consistently, target real searches, answer clearly, keep the brand voice. Almost nobody sustains it. The calendar slips, the voice drifts between writers, the keyword research goes stale — and the program quietly stops.
Meanwhile, search itself moved. Google’s ten blue links now share the page with AI answers — and AI engines cite the content that answers first, structures cleanly, and says something quotable. Most content tools still optimize for 2019 Google.
Foundry Autopilot exists for exactly this: a content discipline that runs end to end, every day, without getting tired — built for how search works now.
How It Works
We Didn’t Automate Writing.
We Automated the Whole Discipline.
Research → brief → draft → optimize → verify → publish → measure. Humans approve what matters; the pipeline does the work that doesn’t scale.
Step 01 · Site DNA™
It learns the brand first
Before writing a word, Autopilot studies up to 15 pages of your site and builds a Site DNA profile: tone, sentence rhythm, vocabulary, banned phrases, real excerpts of your voice, audience segments, services in your exact terminology, and your competitive set. Every article inherits from this DNA — human-reviewed and editable before anything is generated.
Step 02 · Keyword Engine
It writes what people actually search
Three research feeds run continuously: live search suggestions expanding your services into hundreds of real queries; Search Console gap mining for “striking distance” opportunities where you already get impressions but rank too low; and competitor coverage gaps — topics they publish that you don’t. Every keyword is classified by intent and clustered so one article targets one search intent with all its phrasings. Nothing gets written without human approval of the topic.
Step 03 · Answer-First Writing
Every article ships AEO-ready by design
A direct answer to the query in the first 80 words — what AI engines and featured snippets lift — a clearly formatted definition block, entity-rich headings, an FAQ section with structured data, and standalone quotable sentences an AI can cite. Written in your language and your voice: Spanish content is written in native-register Spanish by design, never translated English.
Step 04 · Quality Gate
Nothing ships unchecked
Before any article can publish, it must pass an automated inspection: word-count range, single H1, meta title and description length limits, keyword present in title, H1, opening, and meta, language verification, zero placeholder text — and every link tested live. Articles that fail are held for human review with the reasons listed. There is no bypass.
Step 05 · Truth Constraints
Engineered honesty
The system is hard-constrained against fabricating statistics, studies, reviews, testimonials, or client claims. If a point needs a number the system doesn’t have, it phrases the point qualitatively. Structured data never includes invented ratings or review counts. In an era of AI slop, your content simply doesn’t lie.
Step 06 · Publishing
Three ways to ship
Direct to WordPress — with SEO metadata, categories, a featured-image slot, and Article, FAQ, and Breadcrumb structured data (LocalBusiness for local clients), plus post-publish URL verification. Or a webhook pushing full article JSON to any custom CMS. Or managed review: drafts held for approval, edited in place, published on click.
Step 07 · Scheduling
A cadence that looks human
A per-client daily cadence — up to three articles a day — published at randomized times inside a chosen window, in your timezone, so posting patterns look organic rather than automated. Per-client pause switch included.
Step 08 · Measurement
The line speaks for itself
Your dashboard shows your Search Console curve — clicks and impressions — with a “Started Foundry Autopilot” marker on your start date, so the before/after is visible on one chart. Plus a content calendar, per-article status, and, as part of the Foundry OS™ AEO layer, tracking of whether AI engines like Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Gemini actually cite your domain on your target queries.

What Makes It Different
Not Another AI Writing Tool.
AEO/GEO native
Articles engineered for AI answer engines — direct-answer blocks, FAQ schema, citable sentences — not just the ten blue links. Most content tools still optimize for 2019 Google.
Brand voice as infrastructure
Site DNA™ makes your voice a stored, reviewable asset — not a prompt someone types differently each time.
A quality gate with teeth
Publishing is mechanically impossible without passing automated checks. “Oops, it shipped with a broken link” cannot happen.
Engineered honesty
The system cannot pad content with invented statistics. In an era of AI slop, that’s a feature your customers feel — and your lawyers appreciate.
Full audit trail
Every article traces keyword → cluster → brief → draft → checks → published URL. Nothing is a black box.
Truly bilingual
Native-register Spanish as a first-class path — never translated English — and architected for any language.
Part of Foundry OS™
It shares the same measurement backbone — Search Console analytics, rank tracking, AI-citation checks — as the rest of the MAD1SON FOUNDRY stack. Content, reporting, and strategy on one system.
